One for the Books

Florence Pugh got a lot of eyes on her when she headed to the 2023 Met Gala. The star's look was made up of a sleek white gown featuring a plunging neckline and an open back feature. The Valentino custom gown was held together with a delicate black tulle bow, and it had a long train that flawlessly flowed down the Metropolitan Museum of Art's steps.

It didn't stop there, though. She also donned a towering headpiece, elegantly fitted with black feathers, which was the cherry on top of the whole look. Another thing that got the star a lot of looks was probably the fact that she debuted a buzz cut for the first time.

Bare Glitz and Glamor

The music star Lil Nas X turned up the wow factor on the Met Gala red carpet in 2023. Most guests of the event wore stunning vintage pieces to honor the late Karl Lagerfeld, but Lil Nas took on a more outrageous approach. To be frank, he didn't even wear much except for a booty-baring men's thong from Dior and a pair of platform boots, but despite the lack of garments, he still looked fabulous.

The star paraded the carpet with silver metallic body paint covering just about every exposed bit of skin, encrusted with crystals and pearls. He finished off the look with a cat-esque mask, which mostly came from the cat whiskers. Was it a nod to Karl Lagerfeld's kitty? Probably. We love this look and allude to the star for his innovation when it comes to being an odd one out at such an iconic event.
