Though the two do not share the same passion – as Cooper is a journalist and Maisani is an owner of a gay bar - such details didn’t stop them from having a loving relationship.

Sadly the two called it quits in 2021, but that hasn't actually stopped them from seeing each other. The two not only own a home together but also have a son. While they are no longer together, they are co-parenting and co-habitating. Good for them for making it work.
