We have to admit that we expect a lot from the woman known as "Vogue's" editor-in-chief. While the Met's theme changes every year, Anna Wintour usually chooses to go with something classic. And it was no different when she attended the event this particular year. It also goes without saying that the star is an unrivaled icon in the fashion industry.

Her cape makes her look like a high-fashion bird. She always wears a Chanel couture dress, and her hair is always in a bob. But at least in 2019, she gave us a little more, which makes sense with a theme like "Camp." Wintour has also served as the chairwoman of the Met Gala event since way back in 1995, so we think she kind of has a pass to wear whatever she pleases, even if she looks like a bird.

Swift is known as a master songwriter, and her style tends to change to embody the mood of her latest album. In 2016, she had not yet released her album "Reputation," but she already knew it would be filled with snake imagery.

This could be the reason why she chose to wear this snake-scaled metallic dress by Louis Vuitton. Taylor bleached her hair, especially for the event. Social media wasn't a fan of the look, which was edgier than most of Taylor's looks. But hey, if you’re Taylor Swift, who is basically the queen bee right now, then we guess that anything goes.
